We’re Not Closing the Hanover Auto Service Center, We Promise!
Okay, so technically it IS closing, but only for a few weeks. Gas pumps will still be open.
The Hanover Co-op Service Center will be closing for several weeks beginning July 13. This can only mean one of three things:
- We’re holding intense dance lessons for our technicians and need space for the choreography. 💃🏻🕺🏽
- We’re building a data center to power our own AI chatbot that will answer all customer inquiries with avocado puns. 🥑
- We’re temporarily moving all repair work to our Norwich location while we focus on streamlining operations. 🚙
👉 That’s right, it’s number three!
What Are We Up To?
To reiterate, the Hanover location isn’t shutting down. This location holds a beloved place in our family of cooperative businesses and isn’t going anywhere for any reason short of the zombie apocalypse. Instead, the location will be closed July 13–September 4 while we work on an operational improvement project.
With two busy auto service centers, we’d like to focus on creating a more consistent customer experience across both locations.
We’ll update you as we go along, of course! Also, you’ll still be able to gas up your car at the Hanover Service Center, and we’ll return to providing repair services there as soon as the project is complete.
For now, our Norwich Service Center can take good care of you! Thanks for your patience with us.
We take appointments by text, phone, email, or in person. For best results, please email or text. Also, remember that services in Hanover will be on hold from July 13–September 4 as we enhance our operations.
